Kide Science, a Finnish early science education company has just closed its first deal in Hong Kong where cooperation began on June with teacher training by Kide Science's Head of Teacher training in APAC Tanje Amate. The agreement was signed with The Big Things, A unique nature themed playground in Hong Kong.
Kide Science's CEO Sari Hurme-Mehtälä says; “The Big things vision is inspiring and similar with Kide Science mindset and that is why we love to start cooperation with the Big things.” Their slogan is: “Small ideas turn into big concepts. Small changes make a big impact. Small creatures create a big world. This is what The Big Things is about.”
When children are doing science with Kide curriculum, they feel like playing and enjoying but in fact, they are all the time building highly important skills needed in the scientific process and thinking. This suits well also with the Big things playground environment and mission.
Kide Science has started science programs for 3-to-8-year-olds with educators in Finland, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Australia and Bahrain in addition to launching in other Asian countries later this year.
Kide Science is a world-class, research-based pedagogical innovation from Finland for playful early science education for 3-to-8 year-olds. The licensing model for educators is complemented with training, lesson plans, stories, peer support and engagement for families.
